Privacy
Your privacy, in plain words
This website doesn't collect or store your personal information. Here is exactly what happens when you use it.
Last updated:
In short
- Nothing you type on this website is stored.
- Enquiries go through your own WhatsApp, and calls through your own phone.
- Google Maps loads only when you tap “Show map”.
- Students' photos are shown with their parents' permission, and any photo can be removed on request.
What this website stores
Nothing you type. The website has no sign-up, no login and no database, so there is nowhere for your details to be saved.
Your phone may remember one small thing by itself: whether you chose English or Hindi, so we don't keep asking. This stays on your phone and is never sent to us.
Like any website, our hosting service may keep basic technical logs, such as your browser type and IP address, to keep the site safe and working. We don't use them to identify anyone, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
The enquiry form
The enquiry form doesn't send anything by itself. When you press its button, your browser writes a WhatsApp message with the details you entered and opens WhatsApp.
You see the message first and decide whether to send it, from your own WhatsApp. Until you send it, nothing reaches us.
Once you send it, it is an ordinary WhatsApp chat with the centre, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
Calls and WhatsApp buttons
Call buttons open your phone's dialler, and the call goes through your phone like any other call. WhatsApp buttons simply open a chat with the centre in WhatsApp.
Maps
Google Maps loads only when you tap “Show map”. Until then, this website doesn't contact Google for maps.
When you open a map or tap “Directions”, Google receives what any website visit sends, such as your IP address, and Google's privacy policy applies.
Notices
Our notices may be loaded from a Google Sheet that the centre keeps. Your browser then fetches them from Google, which can see that request, as with any website.
The sheet holds only the notices you see on this website.
Photos of students
We show photos of students only with their parents' permission.
If you want a photo of yourself or your child removed, message us on WhatsApp or email us, and we will take it down.
Children's information
Many of our students are under 18, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 asks for special care with children's data, so this website collects none of it.
We share a student's success story only with their written permission.
Questions about privacy
For any question about privacy, or to have a photo removed, write to us or call. We will reply as soon as we can.
